Will this work?
I currently have a 1776 dual port with duel Kadrons (30mm venturi,140 main jets and 55 idle jets), stock forged 69mm crank with 1.25 ratio rockers, chromoly push rods and believed to be stock cam (verification coming soon). I'm curious as to whether or not I can bolt on a 92mm cylinder and piston set and run it like this without being too mild or possibly even damaging the cam. The bottom end seems to be absolutely perfect, I just caught the piston blowby through a leakdown test in time to save it. ANY advise and guidance is GREATLY appreciated as this is the first time I'm doing this I'm a bit nervous and I don't want my club guys knowing what I'm doing so I can't ask them. My car with the 1776 is/was already a full second quicker in the 1/4 mile than my club friend with a high dollar 2110 LOL Going bigger on the down low to see his face when I really lay a whooping on him!

Some 92's require the same machine operations as the 90.5, in fact most given the same era and manufacture.
The question is are you using both of those standards? Like most things only you will know for sure after you measure what you have. Nobody sitting behind a keyboard know for certain, or for that matter the uncertain.

Yeah some may call it overkill, but you can't have too much overkill.
