Cooling system fill tank.

I'm in the process of setting up my fill -air purge - tank for my cooling system. I would like to lower it a bit how much lower do you think it can go. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RC4KNJ22TgQ

How come you want it lower ? Can you go with a shorter rectangular shaped tank ?
