Convertible sunvisors. Please help!!!!!!

I am in the Uk and have a 74 vert. My problem is that my sunvisors are shot to pieces and I need to replace them. Problem is that I cannot get replacement fittings for the hood to clip into which are part of the sunvisor. I have taken the visors off to see if I can do anything with the fittings but it doesn't seem as if there is anything that can be done with the existing fittings.

Please can you help as to where I might be able to get replacement fittings as it is a pain trying to drive with sunvisors that won't stay up!
