Ghia Bumpers

Since new or replacement bumpers are out of my price range at the moment, I am thinking of trying to fabricate my own. After getting into it awhile, I may very well decide that it is beyond my capabilities, but I have to start somewhere. I know I can't make an exact copy, but I think I can maintain its "flavor". Here is a drawing with the dimensions that I need. If someone could measure theirs, I would be most appreciative. It is the front bumper for a 60's era Ghia. Thanks.

Jeez, That sounds like a lot of work. Why don't you find some really ratty used bumpers and paint them. I have seen lots of ghia bumpers that need re-chroming sell for cheap.
