Slip-In Stroker Kits

I know 78mm and higher stroke cranks need clearanced cams etc. What is the highest true slip in stroke that doesn't require a bunch of mods to get it to work.
The highest stroke possible for the type 4 without clearance work is 76 mm. There are several other modifications that will have to be made to the engine. pushrod tube length,cylinder spacing etc.
