Stocking Full of Love Labor Day Car Show 2004
Monday, September 6
Sponsored by Walker County Stocking Full of Love in association with Scenic City Volks Folks. There will be live entertainment, food, fun, good people. No matter what your taste in cars, American or foreign, custom or original, old or new come and have a good time and help support the Walker Co. Stocking Full of Love. There will be 12 classes and 137 trophies with 12 Specialty Awards. All proceeds go to help bring Christmas to the less fortunate children of Walker County. Registration is $10.00 prior to August 27th. Registrations received after the 27th and the day of the show are $15.00. Judging starts at 12:00 PM. FREE ADMISSION for spectators!

Also there is a Sock Hop Sunday, Sept 5, at 7:00 PM. It will feature Tommy Jett's Music Machine, live music from The Buzzard Brothers, Matt Cordell's Ultimate Elvis Show, Uncle Stubb's Washing Machine Ice Cream, Food, and a Hula Hoop Contest. They are also holding a Motorcyle Poker Run on September 5th.
All of these events are held at the Walker County (GA) Civic Center. The Civic Center is located on US-27 in Rock Spring between Noble, GA (home of Brent Marsh's world famous Tri-State Crematory) and the Chickamauga Battlefield.
