2nd Annual Spring VW Get-Together
Hosted by the Mother Lode Volkswagen Club in conjunction with the Tri-Dam Lions Club

VW Fans and VW Clubs are invited to join us at Murphys Park in downtown Murphys, California (Calaveras County)
NOTE - NEW LOCATION !!!

Sunday, March 13th
10 am to 3 pm
Food, local wines, beer, soda & water available
(please no outside alcohol)

Bring your VW, stuff to swap, easy-up awnings, sand chairs and an appetite!
~ No cost to attend or swap~

Rain or Shine!

This is an opportunity for local clubs and individuals to network, discuss upcoming events, promote our clubs to the public and just enjoy the spring with friends.

There will be a raffle, which will end with a 50/50 raffle. Raffle proceeds will go to Visiting Nurses Association/Hospice, which serves the tri-county area.

Walk through downtown Murphys where old structures have been carefully preserved and you can revisit the Gold Rush era? fun for the kids!

Moaning Cavern and Mercer Caverns are just minutes away by car
Olde Time Shops & Restaurants
Fish for crawdads in the stream at Murphys Park, & enjoy the park?s playground

Directions:

Coming from Oakdale area on Highway 108:
Go northeast to Sonora, turn left (north) onto Highway 49. From there, head south towards Angels Camp (approx. 20 minute drive). When you come to the stop sign in Angels Camp, turn right onto highway 4, east to Murphys. Turn left onto Big Trees Road (at the stop light). Follow signs from there to the park.

Coming from Modesto/Stockton area on Highway 4 east:
Stay on Highway 4 until you reach the stop light in Angels Camp. Turn right onto Highway 49 (south). This is also called Main Street. At the next stop light, turn left onto Murphys Grade Road and go approx. 8 miles, which will take you straight into Murphys. Turn right at the Murphys Hotel. The park is behind the hotel.

Murphys is approximately 8 miles from Angels Camp. Murphys Hotel is a historical landmark right in the heart of town. The park is behind the hotel, on South Algiers Road.
