5th Annual Mother Lode VW Show & Swap Meet

The Mother Lode Volkswagen Club would love to again invite everyone to the beautiful Mother Lode in Utica Park, Angels Camp, California. Please get there early if you would like to be judged or in the swap meet! Utica Park is lined with large, shady trees and has a terrific playground for the kids. Bring the whole family!

There is no pre-registration for car show or swap meet participants. First come, first served. Vendor booths MUST pre-register, however. Show cars & vendor booths will be parked on the grass in the park. Swap meet booths will be located in the parking lot, so you are encouraged to bring something to shade you from the sun.

Engine Blow!
Music
Coloring Contest for the kids
Food & VW Vendor Booths
Judged VW Car Show (entries in from 7-10 a.m.)
Judging begins 11:00 a.m.
Show winners announced at 2:30 p.m.
Raffle for lots of good stuff!

Cost:
FREE to the public!
Judged car show entries $20.00
Vendor booths (advanced registration required) $10.00
Swap Meet booths $10.00 for 2 spaces, $10 for each additional space

Awards: All entries receive a dash plaque. Trophies will be given to all first-through-third class winners (NOTE: this is a participant-judged car show).

*** Anyone entering the show who donates a canned food or non-perishable item will receive a free raffle ticket (one ticket per person). All food collected will be donated to a local shelter.
We donate to Santa's Express, The American Cancer Society, Visiting Nurses' Association/Hospice, Community television and the City of Angels Park and Recreation.

SWAP MEET
We would prefer the swap meet consist of VW-related items (nope, it's not a yard sale so please take your decoupage Elvis clocks and velvet Jesus pictures elsewhere). You do not have to pre-register to be in the swap meet, but space may become limited. Cost is $10.00 for two swap spaces. Each additional space is $10.00. We will do our best to accommodate you.

VENDOR BOOTHS
This is exclusively a VW car show. No ?beanie baby? type booths or non-VW cars or trailers for sale. No exceptions. You do have to pre-register to park in the vendor area. Only pre-approved vendor booths will be accepted.

Where is Angels Camp?
We are on Highway 49, south of Sacramento, and one hour east of Stockton (off of Highway 4). We are located in Calaveras County, between San Andreas and Sonora.
