Edit: changed the topic name from My new (very old) -54 Ratlook oval
Ibought while ago two ovals -54 and -55 and now I'm starting to rebuild that older one... Plans are clear. First I restore floorpan to TOP condition and make some lowering to front end. For body I planned just to weld spots that is needed to weld, no paint job... Ratlook rocks!!
Ready for sandblasting... Monday or Tuesday is go day... After that starts body welding... Mutch to do but my friend promised me a case of beer if I managed to weld body before 31.21.2005.. So I'm ready for challenge...

back from sandblasting... What a sight she was... need pretty mutch new medal every where ... it got bit wet cuz i had to keep it outside for about 3 hours... and it was -5 C, so it started to rust again immediately when we broght it back in to our garage...

Made some progress today... this piece was quite difficult to put in right place alone, two more hand would been grea Well after some effort it went quite fine.. here is few shots, few more in my gallery.
