5th Annual VW MELTDOWN 2006
Coming Sat.,July 29th Montgomery,AL. at the Alabama State Farmer's Market.
Located on Coliseum Blvd next to the St. Fairgounds and Coliseum.
Come join the Vintage Volkswagen Assoc.,V.V.A., for the 5th Annual Meltdown!We get bigger and better every year.There will be entertainment for the kids,fantastic VWs,swap meet areas,great prizes,food provided by the Boy Scouts and much more!Pre-registration is highly recommended for spaces in the covered show area!It was at capacity last year.There is additional outside parking avail. day of show.If you are near Montgomery and would like to join the V.V.A.,we need all the help we can get to put this on!Show hours are 8am-4pm.Vendor setup allowed at 7am.
Show Entry $10,$15 after July 14th!
Swap Meet Spaces for Used Parts $5 a parking space
Vendors Area,New/Used Parts $25 Truck/Trailer Space
Spectators-FREE!!

Friday,July 28th the Montgomery Motorsports Park has Test n Tune nite.It is a NHRA 1/4 mile dragstrip and only $10 to run your car all nite.Gates open by 6pm.The location is within the Montgomery city limits on the No. Blvd,just a couple miles from the Meltdown!
Sat. Nite after the show,we will be at the local Montgomery Cruise-In Nite.It is held monthly at Flip's Grill on the corner of Vaughn/Taylor Rds in Montgomery.Street Rods,Musclecars,Vws,Exotics will be there.They make a mean burger too!
Please make your Hotel reservations as early as possible!!Several places are located near I-85 at exit 6.There is shopping and restaurants nearby them and it is only a few miles to the Meltdown location.
